I have been banned by my adsense account. I have a couple of white hat sites that I would like to add adsense onto so would be grateful for any advise on how to go about doing this.

Open a blogger blog, post some unique good content there mark posts as they posted few months before and make it was active for the past 6 or so months by changing post dates. Apply for adsense.
Approval time for Adsense depends on the country where you live. If you live in US, UK, Aus., Canada. You will be approved soon.
And don't use the same info as your banned account have. Alter your first and last name or apply it with your family members name.

This is the only legit way to get that shit. If you don't see any success they go ahead and buy one.

Just use that account for whitehat purposes and it'll be a whitehat account. It'll save you a lot of trouble, trust me. You can always try making one yourself in the name of your mother/father and see if you succeed

I used docstoc(dot)com and used the same name, just used my brothers address and i've had it for years.

I second adsenseg.com , got my account in under 24hours, click ready and all.

May be apply with a different name (your parents or siblings) and address. I certainly am not comfortable buying adsense accounts but thats just me.
