Hey guys, just joined the site. I'm looking for some feedback on my ppc site and to build a more solid foundation of knowledge for making money online. I just got my first paycheck from Google last month and I got really excited. It was all of $116.37. Not good enough, need to get my weight up. I want to be making $4500/mo. I was hoping that's where you all would come in. I tried to go straight white hat when I first got my site, didn't get a check until I cheated.

What I need to know is....

What can I use to generate unique IP hits? (not clicks)

What is the safest CTR % to maintain? (right now sitting at 11%)

Is it a good idea to allow spam comments just to increase traffic numbers? (its hard to tell but I think when I allowed a few I got a little more traffic)

Can Google track MAC addresses? (will I be screwed if I use the same device on several different IPs for clicks?)

Any suggestions on getting my CPC increased. (right now sitting at $.36 CPC)

I understand that to post links to your site you are supposed to go into the Affiliate section BUT I'M NOT TRYING TO SELL ANYTHING AND THIS ISN'T REALLY AN AFFILIATE STYLE SITE. I understand if mods think I'm in the wrong but I'm going to roll the dice here and tell you guys to type "jondoes" in your Google search bar. My site will be the first result. I just want some feedback on the presentation, writing style, and content. Constructive criticism, if you will. No cookies, virus, or spam to worry about.

Only Java has access to your MAC address. Thus, if you have java installed and Google executes it theoretically it can get your MAC.

Practically, Google can check various other parameters and statistically determine that its you. For example there are not that many people with screen resolution 640x320, Color depth 32, Opera 9.2, windows XP SP2 and Flash player 11.1.102.0 who click your ad from public proxy servers. :-)

Google always knows (almost always). Most get banned sooner rather than later. With Adsense you are better off going legit. Google is banning accounts left and right. Why risk it? Learn how to get lots of traffic and make legit Adsense income.

My first advise would be to put an opt in form on your page in order to build a list of subscribers. you can always scale this up further by using a PPC campaign to send people to a page on your site WHICH DOESN'T HAVE ADSENSE ENABLED where people can download a free ebook or product once they opt into your list.

Another good way to garnish traffic to review new IM software which has been released. Joining JV networks is a great way to see whats newly or about to be released. You'll usually get information on the product as well to help you promote it(I'm not a fan of this method as most reviewers don't actually use the product).

Join forums like this one and add your website to the signature pointing back to your opt in form and become a regular contributor in discussions.

When it comes to IM related websites, Adsense is the last thing you should be using to monetize it as there is so more money in product creation, webinars and email lists than there is in clicks here and there.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Wasn't expecting the responses I got, kinda figured most people here were willing and capable of sticking it to the G man. I suppose Ill try my technique on a larger scale until I can't anymore, and start implementing more white hat techniques once that happens.

Your site looks fine, but the posts need more images to break them up. It's just too much text. Add some really colorful random pictures to contrast with all the black and white. If I am looking at the right site...

We don't discuss it because they find out - So we lose our adsense accounts and it's a pain in the ass using another ad network that pays 10% as much. It's not really a moral issue, just a waste of time lose money and find it difficult to make a new account without them linking them together 1.

I hope you know not everyone on this forum uses black hat methods to make money with Adsense. In fact, Adsense is one network where I would never encourage black hat methods.

Its a great opportunity from earning. So, Don't waste your time. and its provide Career Counseling services.

Depending on the age of your site you either want to use scrapebox directly on your money site or as second tier backlinking. I always use it for second tier myself. I always like use authority or semi authority sites as my direct links to my money sites.

With Adsense, you need to be clear because they put lifetime ban. If adsense is only think that earn you $4500/month then take clear route.
