Your first mistake - looking for high paying keywords.

You should be looking for keywords with a decent search count. If keywords with a low CPC but a high SPM volume can make you alot of money.

Targeting High paying keywords would mean a lot of competition in terms of SEO but if you're up for it then do check out Google Adwords Keyword tool.

Make sure the CPC bar is showing. And also take around 68% of the price they list as that is what the advertiser is paying - Google takes a chunk of the cash before it gets to you.

adwords.com --> get account/log in --> Tools --> Keywords

google adwords is the best tool.

Have a look at this video. It mostly uses a program called SeCockpit but the method can be used more or less with GKT
