Ok so i'm adsense banned and Chitika looks pretty much the same as Adsense , Just wondering is anyone making money with them or is it a waste of time?

$25 earning site is earning $1-3 now with chitika. (daily)

It seems to serve many ads unrelated to the page. For example I have a site on watching movies and it served up ads about watches until I put that on the negative keyword list. Many of the ads have spelling and punctuation errors as well. While I'm sure the payout per click varies mine have been very low, as in 5 cents or less. I don't find them to be worth the trouble.

Apply for a gold chitika member level and all your ads are related to your keywords..

But still adsense is the best of all..

There was a time a click in Adsense was worth $10. It happened to me once.

Yeah bro when i lost my first account i tried them and almost cried when i seen how much it dropped with them. Go to docstoc and get another account, you can use your real name but use a different address and log in from a different ip and it will be cool.

$50 a day with adsense --> Banned
$1 a day with Chitika

At least i'm sure to earn the money but this is a hell of a difference

The moral of the story is to stay in adsense.

chitika is horrible. Shows stupid ads completely irrelevant, soooo disappointed when my adsense got banned. I also have adbrite, but that's just as retarded. I think adbrite had malware in some of the ads, because it would try to self install something every once in a while when I visited one of my sites.

adsense worth time and efforts..

I use Chitika as my back up when my sites get banned from Adsense and it is the best paying alternative that I can find.

When you add your site for approval, you get an immediate silver or bronze status. The bronze status is back fill ads and the silver status is not much better just a little more targeted to the niche.

When you start getting traffic to your sites, they will eventually (couple of months) move your domain (not account) to gold level status where your ads are targeted and pay out better.

Pay out is no where near Adsense, but is better than nothing. Sites that used to earn an average of $50/day with Adsense are now making an average of $15/day with Chitika.

15 / 50 is a lot better than what i would expect. So becoming gold is the key.

I think you should try to get another Adsense account.

They are microniche sites with 200+ UV's per site per day

I get close to 3k UV a day an chitika honestly does crap. I need to find something better lol.

The only one worth your while is Adsense, so you better get another account somehow because all the other ones are really bad compared with Adsense and believe me, I find Adsense bad enough.

I just got transfered to gold membership.We'll see the results in a few days. I have adsen*se on same pages also.
