hey guys when i go to submit articles to directories do i use the articles that are already on my website or do i have to make new ones

Definitly make new ones and the best thing to go from their is to spin them so that you only need to make a few articles and can submit to multiple sites.

It's highly advisable you create new articles. And if you plan of submitting to massive article directories, spin the articles well. The old syndication of just blasting your single article to 100s or even 1000s or article directories does not work anymore.
