start doing some Social bookmarks, article submissions and add a lot of quality content, at least 1000 words

Can you submit the same artical to different sites or does it have to be different

in the beginning do as many directory submissions as u can

Do not submit the same article anywhere. make sure it's spun to AT LEAST 80% unqiueness. I stick with 100% but some people don't have the patience.

if you have a low comp EMD, one unique 500-700 words article in it will put it #1.
Use 4% density keyword. Make sure you get the correct title, meta and you should be good.

ok i have been gettin social bookmarks and posting articles for days now and im still stuck at #11 on google so is there anybody who does good manual backlinking that wont get me banned

Like others have already said: Consistently add quality content. I have a micro niche site that has about 25 of my keywords on the first 2 pages of google without ever backlinking and it's not even an EMD. 1 or 2 articles a day keeps my rankings moving.
