Hi everyone, basically I started displaying adsense content a few days ago, but today I received an email telling me that my account has been disapproved after review.
As I am completely knew to all this and completely lost (really i mean it I was not excepting those kind of issues, even though I start to understand they actually arise along the road..), I am asking here if someone could help me identify what are the issues.
I already spotted one issue that apparently is a missing "privacy policy page", I'm gonna work on that now. I would like to make sure to fix all existing issues before to resubmit.
Below is the email I received from adsense staff. Actually one more question: does anyone knows if those reviews are made by humans at all or just by bots?

There is no issues with your website and contents. Am very sure about it..

There must be a callback in the theme, which isnt nulled properly.. Because i see the same Footer Footprint on almost heck of a websites

You Must Have got Ads. account in an illegal way by paying someone?

The site looks pretty good, I don't see any reasons for being rejected, but I know for sure that accounts activated from big countries (US,DE,UK,FR..etc) are much faster approved and without headaches.

I'm in Europe and most of my friends who try to apply for an account these days are getting through difficulties having their sites approved, which are fully compliant from the policy perspective.

Outside of the subject I would recommend to have your categories showing in the right sidebar.

I too Checked it, the duplication's are still related to the footer, hope am making it clear..

Remove "Thanks to hostgator coupons and joomla hosting" from the footer, and try again. From my experience, Google won't allow CPA ads, or what they consider to be CPA-like ads to run along their adsense. Also you might consider changing your template. Stay away from nulled templates. Most of them are loaded with malicious code and secret links. The best thing to do is buy a template. This way you know it's clean. Also nulled templates with hidden code will steal your traffic and your click money.

Nope, 50 other sites are 100% identical. Every single article. It's not even spun.

More than proofs I know the reasons why my account got banned, I thank all of you for your insight. Bottom line is the UAW plugin is not what it is it says, I was actually thinking it was almost too good to be true, getting UNIQUE CONTENT delivered for free... does anyone know if bought PLR articles are OK or just the same kind of the UAW?

Are you not good at writing english? It's not that hard to just rewrite an article. But don't use any of the same words. Just use other articles as a base. For example:

Hi GrizzlyAdams, not that I am not good at writting English, just that I am starting with all this ( having a website/blog, adsense, advertising...) since only 2 weeks. I just need to understand and improve the way I do things.
