have read many posts here but using the search function doesnt seem to find the answer to my problem (maybe using the wrong terminology)

My issue is with WPinsert, i have this set up to my blog and when you go to the category showing all the posts it leaves large white spaces where an ad would normally be present i assume its to do with the 3 ad rule.
any ideas on a fix for this?

hard to say without looking at the code the that plugin generates
