guys i m new to adsense.....its around 5 am here and i see a guy with 39 mins visit and clicking 5 times, 3 of which were clciked on same page...i used stat counter to find this and i also have his ip..... how can i stop him to click.is there some readymade script i can use
shud i be worried btw my traffic is around 8000 page views a day.is it sufficient enuf to absorb and negate the invalid activity.what if he clicks 100 times.my ctr stays around 3.5-4.5 percent most of the days
my adsense is imp to me at the moment coz i m yet to enter cpa and afliates

Your adsense might get disabled that is one way to ban your adsense. Only thing you can do is remove your ads immedetly.

Instead of typing that you could've just done a google search. I understand the forum is for helping but you're being lazy.

If you have cpanel access go into cpanel in your website ban his ip from your webiste

If you use cpanel, you can ban the IP.

actually i dont want to ban his ip from seeing the website..i only want that he doesnt see ads ....or for that matter any user who clicks an ad mroe than 2 times doesnt see the ad....thanks guys for reminding me about google...sometimes i forget it when such a wonderful forum exists

I'm not a pro. Just wanted to give you a quick temporary fix for you not to lose your AdSense account while you look for a more convenient solution.

Actually I think the other members might be pros, but they also just wanted to give you a quick fix while you yourself look for something.

Give them the ip, tell them the day and time, and tell them where you get your stats from. yeah i sent them the email with his ip address and isp and every detail.but its impossible to keep checking each and every ip....so i really need a php script for that....i tried to search and this is what i got......

this is php script where it checks if a person whi is accessing has this ip or not and if he has this ip adsense ads arent shown to him.....my question is where do i add this script....sry guys i havent started learning php yet but will start soon .plz help

Bad move. I would advise you against this. If google thinks someone has it out for you they will ban your account. You become what they call a high risk for their advertisers. Unless you are a huge earner for them they wont think twice, the easiest solution for them is the ban. I know, it happened to me. Upon appeal they told me pretty much what I am telling you now.

PS. If they do ban you it will not be until the first of the month. First step is that they will send you an email stating that your account is under review and someone will be keeping an eye on it. Then when it comes time to pay you they will tell you that you are banned for invalid clicks and that all the money you earned for the month has been returned to the advertisers. Avoid going to google at all cost.

thanks man.its 27 dollars but i guess its worth it....i can be rest assured atleast

if someone clicks on your ads more than once google flags it and designates it as an invalid click. i wouldnt worry about it, it won't affect you. why would webmasters get penalized because a user clicks on a couple ads? unless your account has a pattern of this that makes google suspicious, you'll be fine

$27 to save your adsense account that's potentially worth more than a million is a steal mate..mine is worth more than my wife LOL..hope she is not on this forum lol...

I no longer rely heavily on adsense though I do have an account in my girls name. To me its just icing on the cake anymore. I don't rely on it. I hope things work out better for you. fortunately that guy didnt click more than 5 times in 39 mins time frame so i really dont think he had bad inetentions..my ctr was normal as every day moreover i have the logs and exit link activity so shudnt it be ok if conditions get worse by chance god forbid

Also the guy that did the manual review on my account could have just been an asshole. Hopefully you will be ok.
