Hi. I have a micro niche site, it gets 50 UV/day and 0 clicks on adsense ads.
What to do now? New theme or where to put my ads for better ctr?

Make some more space on your site .
And 1 more thing is 50 unique visitor is not enough for your absence business ,
Try to get some more traffic on your website hope it will works .
Ya you can try a new attractive theme too .

sometimes i get 150 hits with no clicks.. at a rate of 50 hits you might get a few clicks per week

Your theme must be very bad. I use a basic theme and sometimes exceed 10% CTR daily.

I have some sites with the same theme and my CTR is higher on one then it is the other. This is because of the niche if you have a selling keyword or not.

Look at it like this, if you have a site about how to "how to make money online" your going to get some thirsty mofo clicking like crazy but then you got a site about "effects of smoking" (and all the info is right there on your site) then your not going to get many clicks.. because its not a selling keyword and they already learned what they came there to learn

Like the other members said I agree that your theme would be your problem. Try to get CTR theme or go to the download section and search for wp clickbump.
