Hi there im new on this forum, after reading for a while this forum i started my research and i found what i think is a niche.

Please let me know if thats something that is worth trying:

as example keyword "nice wheater today" i found domain name "niceweathertoday.xxx"

the keyword have About 185,000 results and the top10 results have pr 1,3,2 and the rest is n/a.

Local monthly searches 2900 average cpc $5

i found 3 related keyphrases for that so the total local monthly searches is about 8k

what do you thnik about this?

Have you run it through market samurai, or another keyword/niche tool to see how well optimized the top guys are?

From first appearances it's not bad, the CPC of $5 would probably show that there is competition for the word. As long as the niche is easily tide to product or offers, I think it looks good. But, I would definitely look at the SEO for the top sites rather than their PR, that may really tell you where the competition stands.

Take the domain, build the blog
Do all SEO action and get an adsense account to start making money

No i didnt run them through those tools. Most of the wbsites on 1 page G they are blogs and simple websites with adsense on them.

You had Adsense since 1996? wow... I didnt know adsense was that old. I wonder even google is that old or not

hahah lol i just checked it was 2006 not 1996 i didnt use this account since then sorry...

I agree. I once thought Adsense was useless. I had an account only because it was easy to sign up but I thought there was no way to make any real money, so I never tried. Whenever my other sites failed, sites monetized by clickbank, cpa, etc, I'd just throw up Adsense ads on them for the hell of it. Then I noticed that they actually started to make money. I refocused my efforts when I realized I was wrong to assume that you cant make money with Adsense. Now, it is my #1 way to make money and its very easy to do.
