You need alot of improvement in your website Design.
Stick with Wordpress Open source. Install some plugins ( quick adsense, all in one seo )
Post 15-20 articles and then put your adsense ads on the sidebars and mostly on the Top and Middle of your Post.

P.S Your website looks too crappy. Sorry to say. Please remove ads from the top of theheader, It Makes the site looks Real weird. Always put ads closer to your post/ content.

okay site don't look good but if this is yours first then i don't mind it .
now focus in SEO .and you site needs improvement ,specially theme
when you are using adsense as main money making source i highly recommend you " CTR theme" or any similar .

no offense mate. but site really sux. u can get some decent wp themes for these kind of sites. try to use them

yeah, sorry, but i would hit the 'back' button straight away. it looks like it was put together in two minutes. it looks like it was just slapped together, with no thought put into it at all.

i don't really know what to tell you. i agree though, that you should find yourself a wordpress theme that looks nice. and the ads at the top look terrible. that is the first thing i saw. and really, the only thing to look at!

No offence but your site looks UGLY.

Put up a banned and improve the design. Add a side bar and bring the ads down.

Thanks for feedback guys, I usually use wordpress but this one was made with dreamweaver after a freind told that html pages are better for seo.

I'll setup wordpress on it and see how it goes !

wordpress is a lot easier than dreamweaver, if you want things to look organised and tidy. i wouldn't even bother with dreamweaver!

That's funny, I didn't realize I was looking at the revised website. It still needs some work.

If you look at other travel sites they have two things your missing. Right away I noticed that they have beautiful destination photos, and they have email opt in boxes.

You can find a wordpress theme that can let you easily add both. Picking a theme to use is the most time consuming part. I literally scroll for two hours through free themes before I can pick one, because the more work you put into a theme the more you are stuck with it.

Google Travel Agent and look at your competitor sites.

Guys, I am going to take in the chin and admit I'm new to all this.

I have few questions :

1. What is the better choice ? Getting a writer or buying a software like Magic Article Rewriter.
2. Where do you get writers from ? How much do they charge per article ?
3. I used CTR theme for this wordpress site good idea or bad you tell me !
   Should I perhaps make a full blown website with real content will that help me monetize it ?
4. Getting backlinks ! Should I make my own with SeNuke or buy some like someone mentioned they have some related to my niche.

I see you're using CTR Theme. (I'm using the same one) As far as content goes, I get mine from SEO Generals, you can find it if you Google the name. If you do order articles from them use the coupon code "7DaySale" to get a few bucks off each article.

I like to order from them because they can write about pretty much anything. I've given them some pretty weird topics and they always come through with great content.

Also, you can try Fiverr or Odesk, Elance, etc.

As many people have said the theme may not be the best for your site, but also focus on the content. The content right now is really terrible and is unreadable. Get better content and you will see a great improvement.

I suggest you get some nice holiday pictures. Someone at fiverr could fix you up with a nice header. Give it a warm color background and add more content. Did you already get some clicks from adsense?

i think it looks good, theres nothing wrong with ctr theme, maybe u just need 1 or 2 pics
