is this legal to put adsense in this site ?

I have micro niche sites, and on all of them I have a couple of vids embeded from youtube as well. I'm not in the same situation as you, but no troubles so far. Maybe you could add a bit of content around them and it should be fine.

I have One site... all content from Youtube "video and description" add ads ... work fine! No have problem.

yup i think its Legal.. if a website give embed codes then its legal... i have seen alot of site that are just embedding youtube videos, and are still having adsense account on it...

my 6 video sites are running smoothly with adsense.. 2yrs aged.. all videos from youtube.. no problem. just put in your blog footer that videos are from youtube and copyrighted to youtube and their users..

embed video is legal because youtube have function to make on off embed. so if don,t want my video on other site i can make embed off.

so far i know that is not safe to use adsense with youtube embed video site. adsense have different policy for video site
