Ok,so I found a great method of albitrage using adf.ly traffic.I created a thread on adsense forums asking people there,about how safe is this method but no one could answer if it's safe or not,and recomanded me to write a policy clarification to google.

The problem is,I don't know what to write there...Can someone help me please?

I think its safe to say you will get banned if google finds out.

more than likely it's safe for adsense, no reason for it not to be. I don't see it converting though unless you're doing some clickjacking in which case it's never safe.

Try and look for threads based around how PTC traffic is safe/unsafe with adsense (Which I believe it isn't). PTC Traffic would be of the same quality, and of the same type that would be coming from adf.ly.
