Just one thing about this old post. Article directories provide article for republishing. There is no copyright violation there as long you follow the rules. You can leave the resource box links there but make them nofollow as you may not trust those links.

Ok, I read the entire post and comments, 40% is a No Method and 60% is a Yes Method.

40% No Method. because you could get banned from adsense.

60% Yes Method because maybe you guys have faith that adsene will not ban you for duplicate content.

But my question is. This Method really works??

Hello , DOnt worry , it takes time to get indexed in start , just do proper social Bookmarking and you willl find your site getting traffic

Also Do concentrate using Google Analytical Tool + Good keyword research as well
