I have one kind of service site that has great Adsense ctr, and nice click payout. I've found some cheap source of traffic, that could give me nice ROI.

Now, I am not sure is this something I should do. Will Adsense see this as arbitrage ? Its not some garbage 3best.info site, its legit site that has its own traffic, but I wouldn't like to get my Adsense account in problems.

The key is the quality and origin of the traffic. Typically, Google gets upset when individuals are using AdWords to push traffic to a site monetized with AdSense. If the AdSense click pay more than you pay for the AdWords click, you are performing arbitrage in the classical sense of the word.

It sounds fine to me - as long as you are not using adwords to get the traffic. Best idea would be to email them and ask, keep the email as proof.

smartpricing is something I was counting on, but I still think that I could have ROI and make some profit.

No, its not adwords, its website advertising.

I always used to contact them in situations like this, but they changed their contacting feature, and I can't ask them for this. They say that its not neccessary to mail them for expected traffic increase, that they track everything, bla, bla

frankly speaking buying traffic for cheap & selling it at a higher price is what internet arbitrage means :0

What you need to worry abt is your traffic quality. If traffic quality drops you are nowhere, even if they will allow you to do it, you need to understand that this is something very serious, Your traffic quality should be gr8 at any point of time.

just keep ur CTR decent... dont let it go to 50-60%

Big G will only look at u if u get flagged... the only way a person gets flagged is a suspicious CTR...make $10,000 off arbitrage with 10% CTR and they wont even know.....

how about using another PPC search engine like miva to do arbitrage?

You can try on a separate adsense account and see what is the effect on that account, without sacrificing your own account.

I used to play arbitrage. Buy from adbrite promote adsense. I often get banned a lot though. I didn't bother trying anymore.
