This was what exactly I did to get my adsense account, August, 2010.
- get a new domain (i got .com)
- register to amautomation as a publisher, it's free.
- get 20 posts/day (remember to check the articles, sometimes they are spammy)
- after 4 to 7 days, submit to google.
- keep receiving, filtering the post until you get the account (within 1 week for me).
also remember,
- Use new name, new address if you had adsene b4.

look man adsesne is not any magic tool.after getting approved by adsense if you don't work smart & hard you can't earn money.this is quite bitter truth.

Yeah but what if you are willing work hard and smart but cannot get an adsense account?

I'll tell you what worked for me about 6-8 months ago. I set up a blog on Blogger and put on one post with no comments. Was promoting a ClickBank product that didn't do very well(I'm still in the learning and putting into practice mode). On the second day after setting up the blog I applied for and got an Adsense account. I suppose since Big G owns Blogger they have a vested interest and therefore that makes it easier to get an account. Haven't done anything with the blog since that time and still have the account. This is not to dispute what "lucky_che" said 'cuz things may well have changed...but that's what worked for me at that point.

If you dont want to go the hard way, then I can get you an adsense account if you are ready to pay some money. One of my friend creates adsense accounts and sells them for Rs.800 (in India). I'm not sure if he does this for other countries as well. But if you need any, just let me know. I'll give you all the details.

wanna have adsense account easily? hoho, simply by buying a service that provides adsense account registration.
I do it after frustated with blogger, docstoc and indryarocks.

but you may try to use docstoc first, goodluck.

If you wanna make an account of adsense go for it's root website and then sign up for it, or make a blog and use blog to get one account.......OR if you had done lots of spamming with you last adsense account that's cause you google don't allow you to make one........if this situation has been created then change your IP Address..then try the both options.. I think this will help you.

I didn't have any problem getting my account (I live in Germany) and neither had my brother (lives in Tunisia).
I just set up a blog on my own domain and posted a lot of QUALITY unique content with a professional looking website.
I added a couple of banners for some affiliate offers and applied.
That's it. I got accepted without any hussle. I wasn't even getting any traffic.

My brother did it a month back or so using blogger.
Choose a popular niche and a decent looking theme.
Add QUALITY unique content (10 articles or so).
Apply for an account.
He got approved right away.

Maybe it has to do with the country you are from or so...

This is how i got my a new adsense account 1 months back for a friend.
i bought a .info domain and hosted it on free bytehost . the niche was business related on which we can get nice adwords ads , now i make some 20-25 spinned posts from posts taken from similar websites. and submitted it to bookmarking sites .i spend 3 days doing it. i got some 150 backlinks . then i applied fo adsense and got approved after 2 days.

I dont know if everyone who follows this will get acceptd or not but i always get approved
