YouTube Ads

Did someone allready tried YouTube Ads?
Here in Germany I can see it now on my AdSenSe Setups, it takes me from there to my YouTube Account but there isn´t yet any site for the settings.

For those in U.S. who already tried it:
How much they pay for 1000 views? Or is it PPC?
Do they accept everyone? Or just some with good video content?

they are google adwords placement ads

I think you mean the Videoads displayed at Adsense, I mean the ads from Google displayed on YouTube videos.
