I have compiled this short thread to give the new guys some help on where to start.


You will first need a layout or theme. You will probably be using WordPress so try this section and find a really popular and well rated them: Templates & Themes

Next, you will need a niche. You will probably want to do micro niches so here are a few tools:
Google Keyword Tool
Google Adwords Tool
Market Samurai Cracked
or you can buy Micro Niche Finder

You will need to register for an adsense account if you havn't done so already by clicking here. If you need help getting an adsense account, read this.

Now, using your tool you can find niches in the x,xxx global monthly search range, with a decent ad cost and low competition.

For finding low competition, Market Samurai and Micro Niche Finder come with this, if you don't have either than just search Google with your keyword in the quotations like so: "example keyword". That will show the exact phrase count and you want that to be as low as possible.

So now it is time to construct your website. If you have hostgator or any other hosting that has Fantastico than this will be a breeze. If you have Fantastico watch this:

Now that you have a website setup with one of your niches, you will need a domain. Here are a few you can try. .Infos are fine.
Godaddy
Internetbs
Name Cheap
Name

You can find some possible valuable domains here. They are expensive but if it is a good niche than it may be worth buying.

Now you need to install your theme:

If you are making an autoblog, fallow these tutorials:
Auto Blogs on CRACKS - How I make $3k a month
Exclusive BHW - My Twisted Autoblog Method - Complete Video Series

Now you should have a blog setup with a good squeeze theme and maybe some plugins and maybe it's an auto blog. You should also have a good domain(s) to match your niches.

Next, if you don't have an auto blog you will need to get some content. You have a few choices:
-Rewrite other peoples content (FREE)
-Outsource someone to rewrite other peoples content (CHEAP)
-Write some content (FREE)
-Outsource someone to write some content (CHEAP)

You must choose here. You can find people will to write very cheap in a few places:
-Craigslist (Another Country)
-Freelancer
-Black Hat World - Hire A Freelancer

Post in 12 hour intervals. Submit your content in a evenly fashion, don't rush and post it all then have no more to post.

Next, you will need to work on SEO. You will need to get backlinks, link wheels and more.

You can buy Scrapebox here for backlinks or just build some links around the web for free but on smaller scale. You will need to look here and here.

Extra Earnings:
You could also use a cpa gateway or try and promote a click bank product while using adsense at the same time to maximize your potential earnings. This will saturate your leads, but that is fine if you arn't using them again.
Also, you can always compile a email list to sell or to use again yourself.

You should bundle this into an ebook, add some filler and fluff, then run a WSO. They love stuff like this over there - just ask Imran Naseem.

Maybe I will, as you know, I can always use a bit of cash here and there. Should I sell on DP or Warrior, or both?

Last time I launched a product, I used WF and DP (plus a few private forums which i won't mention).

My sales went something like this:

WF - 200
DP - 1

So, in my experience, ignore DP and just run a WSO. They like videos etc over there so if you can make some of those then you'll be laughing.

@OP: Yes, definitely stay away from DP and try WF, instead. But use it only as a test drive to check how well you are doing. If you are successful, go ahead and create a sales page. Then sell your product to the IM crowd. And after you have milked the market for the maximum, you can sell limited resale rights, master resale rights and private label rights to your product. Really? I launched a product on DP a few months back, made $100 off it. Just a quick eBook I wrote with my knowledge from reading.

Let me get some cash on hand with DP because I know the waters there, then I will hire someone cheap to get my account lots of posts on my account. Then I can start making the dough.

Wait, scratch that, I am waiting for my dp account to have access to BST (2 weeks from yesterday), I am so going to go check out WSO now!

It was a $97 product, so I guess we made nearly 100 off DP too. DP really isn't worth the time or effort - WSOs are so much more profitable.

Like are we talking just $7 per eBook or in the high $xx or $xxx?

Nice dude, mine was a $7 product. I sometimes put an idea that I think of in a $5 1 page eBook and sell it and make like $30/$40 off an idea from dp. So I guess I will have to experiament with each. Let me start up with DP again for a few days to get cash on hand then start up with WSO and use both forums!! $$

Generally WF is low XX - although we had a lot of success at $97. Something like $17-27 is about average.

On WF I would rather take a low priced approach ($27 offers do normally well), just to get a feeling for the product and to analyze the members feedback.

When you are done there, I would polish up the product (add more content, videos, etc. and charge a lot more when offering it to the new target market.

So do something $27 worth? So like a 30 minute video rather than a $97 for 3 hours of video?

$97 is very high end for WF - your product needs to be top notch to even get looked at.

If it is your first WSO, I would add lots of perceived value to your offer to make it a success.

BTW, don't forget to promote later the up-scaled version to your WF buyers list

Hey macdonjo3,

Nice one for spending the time to help the noobs out. Much easier to watch a couple of videos that trawl through loads of text

For filler stuff, have a look at some of Kim Roaches stuff (if you haven't already), she says some golden stuff about how to find keywords and niches ect also explains best ways to setup squeeze pages "to make a ton of money" (one of her fav catch phrases). Good Luck and post back here for a vague outline on your results.

Are .infos fine? I've read by a few so called "autoblogging gurus" that they are rubbish and its best to stick to .coms if possible.

very resourceful and helpful guide.whoever is willing to start this,should write this down in notepad and follow it . i talk to many ppl who are struggling to make a cent online. i realized most of this guys are seo gurus,believe me or not. they know everything from start to end.Then why dont they make $$$?? simply because they dont act upon their knowledge and become info whore. i have been through that phase,and it sux,you become failure even before you try.

You could of included a threshold of some sort in terms of competiton, how many exact match results should we o after, SOC in minro niche finder etc. Searches per month etc etc.

I don't think there is a minimum post count but you have to be a War Room member ($35 I think) and then it's $20 to post a WSO and $20 to bump.
