Just found this thread it is a great guide for us noobs, I have started implementing it and hopefully will be able to report back on some earnings.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me what some less expensive ways are to get the traffic rolling into the sites? Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Macdonjo3 or anyone else that can help, im setting up some micro niche sites, but im deciding on my themes. Ive found one online which at first i thought was good, but now im not so sure.

anyone heard of it and tried it?

my other ones which ive read in here are maybe clickbump and prosense?

No problem.

Well, I am not that familiar with Word Press templates as I use straight up HTML where I make my own. I use basic, solid colors, the same type of template I sell to my customers. Wordpress is good if your a complete noob but if you know how to insert meta tags and a description for search engines to crawl in a HTML page, then you could do that. If not, most html site builders give you the option to do this.

Here is where Im at so far. Ive created 4 micro niche sites, I cant remember where I read it but you said if you follow this guys way, you will do ok. Im referring to that winter coats micro niche site. So ive got my about page,contact,privacy,site map, and ive installed all in one seo pack. He uses the clickbump theme,xfactored-slim. Im going to use that on 1 site, then change to the other xfacor-alt on another, then use 2 more on the other 2 sites I have. Im going to change all my colors also. Im going to write 2 300-400 word articles and put on each of the 4 sites.
Right I have 1 problem which is bugging me and I cant figure it, so if anyone could help I would much appreciate it. That guys site that you showed, he has images just under the header, before the ads, and i just cant figure out how hes done it. Other than that Im almost ready to start posting 2 articles on each, then I will add the adsense after that.
Then Ill do some light backlinks, if I remember rightly all 4 sites the competition isnt that hard with not much backlinks, and seo optimisation.

Im sorry about the quadruple posts, the site was lagging big time, and every time I cliked post it stalled, so I had to rewite the dam post again lol.

I'm going to bump this thread as I still see valuable info in it for newbies.

It's a split opinion on .info domains. Some people say they are great (Ericsson) and others like myself who don't see the power in them. For micro niches, I always get exact match .com/net/org, but don't make that decision before you try yourself.

Don't. You will probably get your one and only adsense perma banned because you don't know what you are doing and then you'll have no idea how to make another. It would probably be your first and last taste of internet marketing. Buy some PLR articles on the cheap, and use a good spinner (there are free ones)...and then fix the grammer yourself before posting.

I know it's not as easy as the "push one button, super fab, one-click and buy your own private island" rss fed autoblogs, but don't worry...nothing is, not even the rss fed autoblogs. *dreams dashed, hopes spoiled, you are welcome*
