How can we have different pen names and accounts at like docstoc
for adsense under totally different names & then get the adsense check
in our real name if so how do we do it.

You can only have one account.

If you read adsense's TOS you would know that

I'll use my real name on one account & use that one for the pen names..

You can only have 1 account per name, but what you can do is setup a business (pretty cheap to do), get a business checking account (usually free as long as you keep a $100 minimum balance) and register for a business adsense account.

Adsense will then send you checks for your personal account in your name, and checks from your business account under your business name.
