Some of you may remember me posting about giving up on adsense. This is back in September 2009 I was earning close to nothing maybe about $1-$2 a day or every couple days I didn't believe this adsense thing works just like many of you! I thought there was some secret behind everything and there really isn't just a lot of one time work and a lot of patients.

Below is my earnings as of yesterday. I am posting this for newbies having the same problem that I had but this is just to show that 4 months later you can turn $1 earnings into $114!!! hehe so I guess i'm like $800 a week now? LOL!

i never worry about any of that. But yea thats from 2 sites only. I have a good CTR i've been getting paid so far and everything seems whitehat so i'm all good.

Keywords i didn't really put much thought into, i guess i was just lucky finding the niche i did because it generate clicks between $1-$4 it varies.

Probably both. With a CTR of 2-3 % and $3-$4 CPC it's quite possible.

why does everyone hide the clicks , ctr page ecpm . i never believe anyone that does that if you have edited them out you could of changed anything else. im not saying yours is fake . just my way of thinking.

haha that is because its against the big G "TOS" to display those data to the public. If you get caught your banned haha so EDIT adsense screenshots!

but yea, it's googles TOS.

I pay others to write my content. All of my traffic is SEO or free traffic. Social sites, tube sites, etc all automated one time work. And yea only 2 sites currently doing 4 more around the same niche's or similar. Will try to get to $500 a day on adsense. Hopefully within the next 6 months.

Well done man. I have just started out on the adsense route and can see the potential in it, especially with a bit of hard work and a plan. I ahve the plan and prepared to work hard. Now all i have to do is find the time around my 9-5 job and i'm ready to go!

Just want to know, did you do anything different in those past 4 months or did you just keep creating backlinks? I'd love to hear what's changed between then and now.

6 months a go I was making 1$-10$ every month from adsense
now I make $100-$300 every month from adsense
I hope 6 month later I'll make $1000-$3000 from adsense

How are you pulling traffic. Can you share your tricks?
Are you monitoring sites with G Analytics and analyzing which links are clicked most?

I'm starting to find wordpress a little cumbersome. In fact, I have turned away from it for content sites.

So many replies i'll try to answer you all in here.. umm..

No i'm not using adwords. All traffic is Free and targeted to my niche. Well most. I get a few from Search engines but they aren't that much. At least not yet but should improve as i wait for ranking to go up.

For traffic do everything. I get hits from all over including social networks, tube sites, directories, blah blah blah

DO NOT MAKE 10,000'S OF VIDEOS LIKE YOU KEEP READING HERE! I PERSONALLY THINK THAT IT IS STUPID IN FACT IF I HAD 10,000 videos of my kind. My income would be 10,000 times my daily earnings. so stop stealing other people vids and watermarking it wasting your time that is an old stupid method. Think of having 5-8 videos bringing you the same amount of traffic as 10,000. It's not hard to do! It might seem hard when youve been use to making crap videos getting little to No hits. This is your fault.

If you do flood crappy videos and get converts, good for you! you dumb f**ks could be making more but instead you get repay by earning and losing your accounts! OF COURSE YOu can turn $10 into $100 by flipping 10,000 videos you MORONS. But as you lose your accounts and worry about being sue for millions. You won't live happy. I had a Youtube account with all videos linking to one of my sites now for over 3 years. All the videos i made are probably just for advertisment but channel is respected. Unlike alot of you posting your junk videos which by the way you should be ashamed of actually taking your PRECIOUS time to make.

And about wordpress. I just can't get use to it. I've thrown up tons of WP blogs with themes that look great. I remember when i first started i was like "wow my site looks just like the pros! like ASKMen or FHM magazine or something. I would make like $3 on them. I knew these blogs would give me low CTRs because there wasn't much control of ad placements. that wasn't the case tho. What made me change this is the mentally we use to have a while ago that many lost. This is when i realize I can use WP to entertain and inpress people. Don't get lost with this thinking even tho it sounds positive!

Remember if you want to make money, your focus isn't on entertaining people and caring for their life problems. You do want to keep your visitors but you also want to make money that is why your placing ads on your site right?

Like you can have the best lookin site in the world that doesn't make money or a average site that makes money. You know how myspace makes millions? I bet you anything i'd bank way more with their traffic on my lame sites.

PS: Take it one step at a time and less multi tasking. better to have a 100% complete site than a half ass site. Most people i know make sites after sites and get lazy and finish the site halfass then jump right into another thinking 2 half ass sites will double income.

hehe i had to edit this lol i love this little add on for mozilla for adsense. check it out guys i never need to login to adsense again! haha i just browse sites like regular and watch the money increase all day haha the real autopilot

Story's like this really give motivation to newbies(like me :P)

Google has made a point and published it in the help section. in summary it said " don't tell about CTR and ECPM " otherwise we will find you and zap your account.

and if you do anything blackhat at all, I would never publish even a hint about your account.

Welcome to the fold, yep is hard work but it does pay off. Keep at it, soon enough you'll be making 500 a day and you'll have your college fund set up.
( then get yourself a hotrod )

beyond that, just enjoy, this work is very frustrating but also very rewarding.
