Pages with only Adsense ads

1. How do you make a site like this? (actual links to Adsense ads)

good question.
I have also come acroos these things while surfing the net.
Not a word of text or content,,, contrary to everything we've learned about Google.

The page is ALL links to more links to ,,,,, even more links!

that's the parked domain on Sedo
you can do that by register free at Sedo

it a parked domain. Adsense also allows parking with google ads directly for big publishers, check here

If I wanted to do it for a site of mine, would that be legal by Adsense's standards?

i think you have to use one of the xml feed services. look it up in bhw. i asked the same question.

That would be against their TOS and would most likely get you banned

i think it may be possible to simulate something like that by putting all the ads at the top of the page and putting your 'content' under the fold. has anybody tried this? as far as i can tell, there's nothing in adsense TOS that prohibits putting all the ads at the top of the page...
