Damn new rule for adsense publisher. Adsense should not put under title on blogs or website. If you do that it implies that the ads are not ads.

for me adsense under title increase my CTR ...well one adsense publisher from indonesia get banned from adsense cause put adsense below title.Google adsense implies as accidential click.

Its not a TOS or rule, its just an optimizations tip.

Google hardly ever tells you the reason for the ban other than "invalid clicks". Most likely it was due to someone clicking his ads repeatedly. Google tracks that shit pretty close.

Also, should your site be reviewed and there is something questionable they'll stop serving ads to that site and give you time to fix it.

Isn't that what the "Ads by Google" is for? Are you guys suggesting that the average websurfer is a complete moron and don't realize that Ads by Google are Ads?

Look, i've got an idea. Take away the option for publishers to customize google ads. Then make your ads butt ugly with a giant label on the top of the ads that reads "DON'T CLICK THESE BUTT UGLY ADS by Google"

Rule 1: Dont put content next to google ads, as people will think that your content is actually just additonal text that belongs to the ads.

Rule 2: Dont put google ads on pages where you have content on them, as people will think that you are trying to enforce Rule 1 too much and report you to Google.

Rule 3: If you make sure you make everything right, make 12 different landing pages with 12 different designs and then ask at least 3 different google reps with your account on those different designs which of them they are approving, keep it on file and then mix and enjoy the designs for different sites. Make sure to repeat this process at least 4 times a month as Googles policies are changing often.

Rule 4: you are doomed if you are not using "adsenseloser" :-)
