MY Adbrite account has been banned .Anyone know how to get it back
Reasons to ban:
Putting another Adbrite publisher ads on my site But I did not do that

dude they are not that strict If you write to them they will restore your account. You might wana check your site first if there is actually someone else's code on your site.

I have wrote several email but all ware useless

thats ok mate. If you want another account you can apply again with a different name and address.You can take an account on someone else in your family.
You can also take an account on your own name but make sure you give an address which is in a different state and use a different email address. You can use the address of some relative who would return your check. It works most of the times and make sure you don't post your adbrite adds on the old sites or blogs. Their should be no link between your old sites and new once.
