Good afternoon, the case is the next:
I have an online shop already made and ready to be opened but I have not done any paperwork yet to legalize it.

The model of the store is Dropshipping from China, selling here in Spain.

The issue is, I do not think I sell much at the beginning so I might not register as autonomous since I did not reach the concept of habituality and only register in the state to declare.

Is this true?

If it is what more paperwork I have to do because I'm lost on this topic.

I think it depends on the country where you live. I don't know the rules for Spain, but here in the Netherlands you need all the right stuff done. But if you earn very less in the start, you better don't sign up as a company. You better can create first some income, so you are sure that you will grow and keep on earning. But you have to do it on the (Spain) right way.
