Guy Stole My Landing Page (SEO Issue)

Hi

So, a guy stole my entire landing page, word for word, images + meta tags and the page is now indexed in Google.

I am sorting it out but my main concern is, will my site get penalized because of this or will his because mine was indexed first?

I think it depends on authority of the website. If your's is new then he might benefit otherwise you will benefit. It depends on domain age, backlinks and so many other factors.
