Registrar with a cheap or discounted transfer fee?

I had a bad experience with one of the domain registrars (not something huge, they're just very unprofessional and I don't want to deal with them again) so I want to transfer 2 of my domains elsewhere. Do you know of any registrar with a cheap transfer fee to transfer my domains to?

transfer fees are same for all companies ...
but for registering I recommend you goddady or namecheap.
