HairSalon Facebook Interest Targeting.. Help me Pls?

I'm not skilled at Facebook Ads.
What are some good Interest Targeting I should do. To promote a hair salon brick and morter business. That has a local audience of 10 mile radius???

I'm unsure what interest to target because doesnt everyone want haircuts? lol

Well you have to calculate ideally what you make the most money off of so is it dying hair, perms or just hair cuts personally everyone needs a hair cut but I would imagine honestly that more women would be ideal to focus on because you can offer more services plus it's proven women spend more time on FaceBook than men so with that said I think my target audience would be 18+ female and run the AD if you get good response then tweak it up a bit add men and see what happens over time you will have enough data to really target the exact audience and get the most bang for your buck.

Find a similar business, target you ads to them, offer a coupon they can get emailed to themselves(now you've also collected their emails for further email promotion.
Continue this promotion strategy, not just for other local hair salons, but also for other local businesses(dress shops, spas, yoga studios).

Create event on Facebook like flat 30% off and so on or get blah blah free on your first visit by just filling up this form.
So that, our team can contact and set the date and time accordingly.

You'll have their address, their mobile no and then you can send personal message or call them whenever you have offers.
One of my friend tried it and he is having those unknown people now as permanent members
