Not sure what "information product" is but theoretically;
He can report you with screenshot proof etc, and if they deem it to be severe enough, such as if you hacked a database and sell it, then they can review your account. It's easy to take such reports to put someone you don't like down, or just a competitor so a regular report won't do very much. Unlike, like I wrote, it's a severe reason to believe you are up to something not good.
Gmail won't do much, no.
Companies this large usually requre a subpoena or court order. It's however easy to draw bad attention to you such as if you sell something illegal on the darknet and gain a reputation for actually prodiving it. Suficient to say, they will look into it, in such cases.
