Greetings. 
Since I started working closely with a person very close to me I started to see some odd things in the infrastructure that we run in his IT company which was the main business and source of income. The SEO, ranking, everything....and to be quite frank with you, I do not want to show it to you in this introduction until we find someone who is at the same level as I and we see eye to eye on these issues. And out of respects for the developers but for me firm as well.
My very close friend is a business man, running it successfully for far more than a year. During that time I was busy climbing my own career ladder. I decided to quit my job as a project manager & systems engineer at a top firm in Sweden with a firm that currently has one of the closest ties to Microsoft today, to help him here in Asia (where mostly is UNIX-based....). But then of course I started to notice the technical aspects and why we are not competing as well against our competitors as we should.
Who ever that can rent or refer to someone who can construct a platform like xcams.nl will most importantly, I, have future confidence in around future business and certainly we can arrange a meeting here in Asia pre-paid all inclusive if we come to an agreement.
POC (proof-of-concept) would be nice to have, some former projects and referrals too... That is all I need at the moment.
Then do your thing as you please as long as it follows the "the plan" and the monetary side of things will be arranged however you wish and guaranteed. But that we can discuss at a later point.
I will be a bit busy tomorrow but hopefully someone might give me a helping hand the day after tomorrow.
As you might already realize that one thing leads to another and we will have projects on a continuous basis. If you know someone better to take on another project that you feel is more suitable for that specific task after this one, or do not have the time yourself, then only by referring to someone, will be beneficial for us both in all forms.
I speak Swedish, Russian and English. English is basically the only "official" requirement when it comes to communication between us, and maybe the developers, but speaking English is not a problem neither at our firm nor here on this forum (at the least that is my best guess).
The contract will be signed professionally and with lawyers to testify and everything fully signed for the interest and security of us both.
Other than that there is absolutely no requirement for you to be stationed anywhere or have a specific time-schedule. As professionals we put full trust in the individual to have the right to be as he or she wants to be, as long as the following criteria stated above are met and we can even begin an "evaluation" period to put both of our minds at ease and not feel the pressure of taking on something too complex.
