anyone know how i can get my money out quick? pay pal held my money from selling on eBay.

I think it's because of your new account. You can contact PayPal and talk with them, tell them I need this money urgently. So they will consider and send you immediately. I did this same. Hope this helps you.

If 180 days have past, you could add a bank account and receive funds no problem? Have you received the email yet

Ya, try and explain to PayPal. Maybe the bots noticed something off with your transactions.

Not really, this thread is from Jan 2017, which was more than a year ago. 180 days have passed twice. The amount must have been available for withdrawal more than half a year ago.
