i'm just starting the whole transformation thing right now. currently 3 weeks in so far
i ended high school @ 195lbs 6'1. i peaked in college at 247lbs 6'1.
so far i have been dieting and going to the gym doing high 8-12 reps x4. i have also been doing the ketosis diet which works wonders! in three weeks i only lost 10lbs but my waist is over an inch smaller and i dont take supplements. did i mention that i eat fastfood 2-3 times a day? lol i literally stuff myself with fatty and protein filled foods and the pounds come right off and i am beefing up.
what do you think about the ketosis diet? i'm afraid that when i get off, i will get fat again... what is a good transitional diet into a long term diet plan?
