Okay good to see some action while I was out and about this evening, glad there was some interest. For all the people asking why I didnt package this up as an ebook? Like I said I like to give back when I can. BHW has made me a ton of money, and the partners, affiliates, and contacts I have made here are priceless. This is the least I can do to show some thanks. Harro shares methods every day that could easily sell as an ebook, but then what would that make this? I'm greedy as fuck guys, but sometimes you gotta pay it forward with stuff like this. I've got tons of help for free when it comes to training. All I ask for is at least one of you make the leap and change your life with it.

Skinnys are coming up next diet wise, but the 5x5 suggestion is pretty applicable to you as well. The only difference is going to be in diet really.

Thanks for the appreciation, and to answer the dude up tops question I really don't have enough time lol. I took some time out from today to do it. I've been wanting to start this thread for months now, and have just not been able to...um it took me around an hour or two working on it randomly in between work shit, so I guess I am a fast typer? As you can see I was not exactly anal about grammar, spelling, and all that.

I'm going to start addressing skinny guys nutrition more tomorrow. It's not as simple as the fatties, in fact it's damn near the exact opposite. The same point applies about calorie intake, except this time your going to want to consume MORE calories than you burn to bulk up. It's going to require me to get into supplements and that's a whole new entry in here (that I don't mind doing, just no time tonight). A big problem with skinnys is they often think they are eating enough, but when broke down on a calculator like fitday.com (think it's still free), they realize they are nowhere near enough daily calories to bulk up.
