Ebay selling monthly limit 1000 items or 25,000$?

I'm new to ebay, and selling on ebay and all that.
My father stopped buying and selling on ebay, so he gave me his account I did some research and looked at the selling limits and all that.

1000 items per month or 25,000$ monthly value.
I don't know if this is good or not because I want to start a drop shipping business pretty soon.

It's good because new sellers on ebay start with like 10 items/$1000 limit only, and Ebay gradually increases their limit.
