Do you use your real name? Or do you use a pen name?

Depends on the situation. For some articles I've outsourced, I might bundle them into an ebook to put them out under my name (decide not to make it generic PLR). Or if the intent is to earn money on Tradebit, put it out under a pseudonym but still declare it as copyrighted with no resell rights, to prevent leechers from buying it as PLR for $4, then reselling it for $1. And there's also privacy---use the real name for a coherent online WH 'identity' you want to be public, but use pseudonyms for all your 'questionable' BH campaigns.
