What's the best tool to rank your website on google?

That's like asking what is the best car or what is the best movie. While some software is probably easier to use there isn't any tool that will just do it for you. For automated link building GSA SER is very good, Scrapebox is also excellent and useful for many things. You'll also have to look into building private blog networks.
Yes I know, the question is not simple but there is many people who is using bots to rank it to number 1 in google page. I just wondering what program they're using

Maybe for ranking easy long tails. My honest suggestion is build a PBN it will cost you more but the results will be perfect.
I have purchased 30 blog posts with 100% unique soon content to sites with pr1-pr3 for one easy keyword and there is no ranking still and that was month ago.
I also received one manual blog post as a copy review and my keyword went from 150+ place to 75 place on google with just one blog post.
This I my example to you why you should not wait time on programs on long term projects.

create PBN, get good backlinks, these are the best ways to get the effective result for your site. It looks natural for Google if you do drip feed the backlinks for your site. Getting rank through bots is not good for the site as it brings your site to the top drastically and in the same way it kick it to the back. Hope you got some idea about it.

Answer is combination of all tools such as ultimate demon,gsa,pbn. Just divide the work for month or two, such as creating 30 web2.0 with domain as anchor text for couple of week, 30 blog comments with long tails and generic anchors for another couple of weeks them after a month with web2.0's and high pr blog comments you start pushing few long tails,exact match anchor and with variation anchors in pbn and guests posts. Just keep building tier 2 links for them. With this you can maintain velocity of link building for 2 months. Don't forget updating content too. Like this you can gain good and strong mark in google.

To people naming tools it really depends what you are looking for. As a user said building links to fast will result in drastic ranks but by the same token it can/will knock you back. If you have a site that you don't really care about just churn and burn with GSA SER straight to your money site and hope for the best. If not, create web 2.0s as your first tier of links to your money site. Then use GSA on the second and third tiers to the web 2.0s. That way if a problem occurs you can just ditch the web 2.0s and everything else should die out.
Hopefully that gives some perspective for you.
Also as a side note. What type of proxies do you have? Public proxies won't cut it. You also need to make sure they work with GSA if you decide to go that route. GSA also isn't a simple program. Watch videos and read tutorials before you start doing anything.

No tools, just hand made backlinks
you can leave huge footprints as well with GSA or SeNUke so in my opinion is not worth the risk of getting your site sandboxed after months of working on it, (been there done that). go with the white hat stuff and a little bit of Blackhat here and there and you should be gaining positions soon enough.

My suggestion is don't use any of the tool to rank your website higher in Google... and also it will not help for any more...here are some step to improve your rank in Google..
try to use less images ans flash contents on your website...because it all will not visible to Google...
the use of flash and image are eye appealing. so try to use all as text.
Make sure your website is fast. A lot of images, Flash and Java objects will slow down the loading time, another issue taken in consideration by Google.
Use a keyword tool (like Google Ad words Keyword tool) to find out what are the most valuable keywords for the entire website and for each page individually: those that have a high number of searches and low competition.
contents are always playing a great role in ranking.. so try to make content as unique..
use your keyword in meta description,it will help you to index your page by Google...
share you website in social media...
