this is basically the same thing I was doing with google adwords like 2 years ago, except I was using gift cards. I would go to the store and buy those $25 gift cards that are basically just credit cards with stored value and you can use any name and address you want. Then I would make adwords ads, do the $5 verification and charge up like $200 in clicks. Out of that I would usually make like $300-400 in a few days promoting affiliate links. I think they eventually caught on to me because they started not accepting the cards even when I would connect through a proxy and clear my cookies.
