Help!!

I bought hide my ip 2009 yesterday and I install it on my computer. I tested it and it was working perfectly. I closed my PC and I get a bath but when I came back and opened my PC again I couldn't connect to the internet . Now I am in my laptop that use wireless connection. I have a router and I use wireless for my laptop but for my main PC that can't connect to the intrnet I use a cable that coming of the router. I tested the cable with the laptop and its working perfectly, so I am sure that it's not a hardware problem. I checked my ip adress from my PC and its changed. I am almost sure that if I unistall hide my ip my PC will be able to connect to the internet again but I really don't wan't to do that, I need that program. My OS is Windows XP pro. Any ideas guys?? I really need to connect again ASAP.

Got any error messages?
Sounds to me like a DNS resolution error. You could also check that your network adaptor is working by pinging: 127.0.0.1 or localhost .

But without an error message, there's not alot more I could tell you.

Oh, you could try releasing and renewing your IP address while the software is active. This may be also causing a proxy error for your ISP. Do you have a static or dynamic IP address? Cable or DSL?

I also have this soft and it is pretty good I must say, just check and see if its icon shows up in the bottom right corner of your screen, right click it and exit it. If the software is causing peoblem that should solve it

I don't get any error message. My ip is static and I use ADSL. I can't use the software without internet connection so I can't renew my ip.

How can I forgot you?
There is no icon in the bottom right corner of my screen...

The only way to connect to the internet is to uninstall hide my ip but I really need to connect to the internet and use hide my ip at the same time...

Any ideas??

Ah. Firewall issue? I know thats a noobish kinda issue, but worth an ask. Other than that, all I can think of is that its a proxy error, ISP end. In which case you're fcuked. Just use online proxies if you're desperate.

Thanks God I found it It seems that my Nod 32 antivirus and hide my ip can't be used together
Now I must find a new antivirus, any suggestions..?
