Is Video add harmfull for my site or not ?

Dear BHW Mates

I have a big site with 25,000 oage views and 10,000 Visitors daily. One of advertiser want to run video add on my site home page . Is it harmful for my site from SEO and ranking point of view or not. I never run add campaign of any client ever.

Note: If not harmful than which size and format of video helpful. ????????

# Check the contents of video - just to make sure that video will go with your website niche
# Check the download time of such video

If the video is hosted on reputed video sites such as youtube or vimeo than I do not find
any problem with that

These are the things only coming to my mind at the moment.

video stream is only issue here..
