how do I charge back? service but no address, and gift?

okay so I made a order for a physical product and my dumb ass I sent payment as service without a address, I chose the no shipping needing.

I also sent the guy the same amount as gift, so can I ask my money back


I sent this guys over 900 dollars, half as gift and half as service but with no shipping.

How can I get at least some of my money back?

if it is a digital product or service paypal gives you nothing and always seller will win ( 99% )

first file a paypal dispute, if it failed go charge it back from ur cc company

looks like im assed, out i paid throught pp money. sucks it was over half a grand.

I will file a dispute, see what happens, any suggestions i was a dumb ass and chose no shipping.
 
so I was thinking, a million pay by services and get their money back, how come I cant?

their a reason scammers want it by gift? (which this guy wanted it lol but I thought i was being slick)
 
Damn. Did you payed through your CC? If yes then file a CC chargeback.
