What do you need the vcc for? Don't you need a credit card to activate any AdWords account anyway? And I always thought that Google catches on the fact that you use the same credit card to activate different accounts. Maybe I missed something as I'm tired.

Like bman said, you can generate as many vccs as you want at entropay. Each has a different CC number, and CVV number, so you can use each new one to activate each new account. Then, you can even use the cards again to sign up for free 1-3 day trials at adult sites
. If you find someone paying you like $5-10 for a free cc sign-up, you can recycle the usage of the cards and use them to get more money. I got payed many times at DP to sign up for free trials at adult sites through their affiliate links.
