Facebook traffic and CTR

Hello I have a facebook page with 100 followers, i want to drive traffic from facebook to my blog
each time i post in facebook something with a link to my blog in it i expect at least some 10 people visiting my website
but how does it come no one actually visit the blog ?
what does facebook likes worth if no one is entering the blog? and how can i change this ?

You should run an FB ads campaign, and target bigger sample. If, still, you get little traffic, consider changing your post content, make it more 'call-to-action' type of post

Are your followers alive? Maybe you`re posting your content in wrong time, so your followers don`t see it?

isn't it that new posts are shown on there board automatic ..... so they will see them independent of time posting the stuff.

100 followers is nothing, it just isn't. You can start driving traffic to your link once you have a minimum of 800-1000 real fans/followers.

Not even 10 followers will be online out of 100 followers that you have at the time you post a link.

And i have heard that facebook show your posts to only 5-7% of total people who have liked your page.

and out of that only interested people will open the blog link to visit your blog.
