Problem in Changing My Password From Rockstar to Newer One

I don't know what's the problem but when I try to change my password my account gets reloaded and the old password sticks.

My current password is : Rockstar

Requesting mod to change it to something complicated like : #Metallurgy32

Why?

I guess, there is a problem from BHW end. Mods need to sort it out.
