New Account Phone Verification? True?

I just read a thread on DP about Associated Content introducing a new phone verification system to open a new account.

Can anyone confirm this? I looked on the site but can't find any news about it.

I wish they would, it would cut down on all the idiot noobs flooding AC with shit and killing a great cash resource. It's like "hey, I have some spare time today, why not go fuck with AC?" When money-making methods are too easy they get obliterated by idiots.
 
Be hurry, make a few accounts using proxy as long as it don't ask for Phone verification.
 
All accounts without W-9 forms will have to verify Cyb3r Don. Even those that are created before phone verification begins.

I doubt creating dozens of accounts now will solve this.

Why would they remove the post?
 
Cause they don't want blackhatters figuring out ways to beat their new "security measures" before they even go into effect :p
 
guys! i dont think its true. i registered 5 new accounts and no account verification through fone. only email.

Can you please elaborate on this a little?
 
When they get this system on the go, people are going to be selling verified accounts on here in the near future. Just another BH business. This may also help people from outside the US getting paid their $600 and then getting a new account.
 
Just set up a new AC account and didn't get a call. Maybe they realized it would cost them too much. Will see. Geeling like this Gravy train is starting to dry up though.
 
im sure u all know its true by now but i would assume sumone is already selling approved accounts . if not , wat the hell, ill sell sum for 5 dollars if u dont know how to do it urself.
