GPT- CPA? Sponsors?... WTF?

So If I take over a GPT site (the one I had told you guys previously that was for sale).... how the hell do you get the offers/ surveys onto the site?

Is there certain sponsors that you sign up with to advertise on your "GPT" site? or can you use CPA shit? like C0P3AC? or ClickB@nk?...

Just curious, as to how the "offers" get there...

You add them from the CPA companies that have Incentive offers available.
incent reward, copeac, xy7, clickbooth etc., all have incentive offers.

from cpalead i believe all their offers are incentive. but the payout is not too big.

I could recommend Millnicmedia, I'm currently using them and having good results.

Working so far with Millnic, Hydra, JAR Media and Max Bounty. All have incetivizable offers. Gadgets and electronics do great obviously.
