I started using StatPress last week or so, and I've been watching my bots and things like that. I thought 200 bots, on a site that gets 20ish visits was high. So far today, I have 21 visitors and 795 bots on my site...What am I running a bot porn site? It doesn't really seem like all these bots are doing a whole lot for
SEO, but there are bots everywhere. So do you think all these bots will actually lead to some decent traffic? Is this normal?
Oh, on a side note, for some reason my sitemap was messed up with Google Webmaster tools, and I fixed it yesterday. Now I have 795 bots on my site. If you have a site, I think submitting it to Webmaster tools, helps a ton.
