Content Locker

So, I signed up for StrongerAds, and I now need my own content locker. So, can you guys reccomend me any cheap or free content lockers? My site is just going to be an html site with a free theme. The content I will be locking is a pdf guide on making runescape gold. I really only have ten dollars to spend on a locker, so any advice is appreciated.
