Ok, heres what you do. Change up your lens to read X Product is a Scam, buy (insert new product here instead), Switch all the pages you have good rankings for.

Send her an email back, and say "Thanks for the advice I made a few changes, I am seeing an increase in sales already. Oh by-the-way is this better?
