How to buy shared hosting accounts with fake name/address? VCC's often don't work.

I've put fake name and address when buying shared hosting before and that was about it. I might be missing a bigger picture here. Maybe someone more experienced would elaborate further.

Well the payment option here is the problem because they see your real name there if it's cc or paypal so you need a way around that, but when using a vcc they ask for id verification which they normally don't.

i don't know how many hosts do it, but when i signed up for hostgator i had to send them a photo/scan of my ID with a photo on it.

I always write fake name with godaddy, there're several payment options, not everyone needs identification.

if ur host is gonna release ur info anyway, ur gonna be screwed anyway what with your IP being logged into the host

Yeah, they tried that with me, I told them to shove it, they were like 'k,k we don't want it anymore, just pls stay.'

Anyway, when you are paying with a normal CC online they don't get to see the real name. All they see is whatever you type in the Name field. So just type whatever. Of course law enforcement will always be able to trace the transaction and get to you if necessary but hosts can't get that info.

proxies, vpn, vps will solve the ip problems
